Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan Perawat terhadap Penggunaan Metode Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Mardi Rahayu Kudus

Background : Electronic medical record had one of the big challenges in application information and communication technology hospitals. The definition electronic records varies, however, principle used a database to all medical, demographic data every event patient management hospitals clinics (Cassano, 2018). development knowledge is so fast, nurses will quickly be left behind if they do not take advantage various things update latest developments. Given how important are, it necessary make progress terms records. Digital recording must known system need developed order promote more effective efficient health services as reduce incidence errors. In addition, an integrated nursing main strategy facilitate carrying out care documentation.Purpose: aim this research was describe level on use Medical Record (EMR) method Inpatient Room Mardirahayu Hospital, Kudus.Methods: This quantitative with descriptive design. population number inpatient room at Kudus namely 156 nurses. sample 61 nurses, non probability sampling technique stratified random method. instrument questionnaire using by (EMR).Results: results showed that respondents sufficient many 34 (55.7 %), while good 24 (39.3%), lack 3 (4.9.1%).Conclution: Most have ward Mardi Rahayu (55.7%).
